If you need to try to change something, you should have aimed to change it for the better not the worse.Microsoft Office is the most popular suite of productivity applications in the world, and it runs on Mac computers just as well as it does on Windows machines. What kind of logic is this? How I miss Wunderlist - they should have just bought it and NEVER chnaged it. To Do does not allow you to join a shared list with someone from a company unless you all have the same domain. I work as a contractor for companies where people from each company created shared lists in Wunderlist and updated everything on there with notes. You seem to be able to do some types of sorting in Wunderlist but you can't have the combination which does it all at once. It was also great that tasks you complete got shown in the order you completed them. It was great that the most recent things you added went to the top and the things you starred in Wunderlist went straight to the top of the list as well. To Do looks much more clunky and less elegant. Both the way it looked and the way it functioned. To Do is okay but Wunderlist was much better. Put simply, boolean search operators with searching for entities (hashtags, lists). For example I would like to search for tasks that lack any hashtag, or are not tagged with a specific hashtag, are in a given project or projects. * I would prefer no distinguish between tasks and projects but rather allow any task to be broken down into subtasks, each of which can be further broken down, etc, to arbitrary depth. Also, it offers to autocomplete known tags in the "Add a task" box at the bottom, but nowhere else, for example when editing tasks or adding subtasks for example. Showing a list of hashtags that would give an easy access to all tasks tagged with that hashtag would not only save time typing the name of the tag but serve as a quick reminder of the tags I have decided to use, avoidning hashtag creep. * The hashtag feature is good but could be so much better. It would be significantly enhanced with additional features.
I get value out of this and it helps me organise my tasks in a complex work environment. Useful app but misses some important features
